How do I make my payment towardS my service?

A form of payment will be requested when booking your appointment. This form of payment (credit/debit card) can be used as your method of payment the day of your session, or you can opt to bring cash. Cashapp, Venmo and Paypal are also accepted.

CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT AFTER IT IS MADE?

In the case that you may need to cancel, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A cancellation fee will be charged to the method of payment that was entered during the booking process.

WHAT ARE YOUR SMOKING POLICIeS?

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside of the studio/building. If you must leave the premises to smoke, please be within a safe distance of the studio and remember that all entry doors must be kept closed at all times.

Can I bring food/drink into the studio?

Food and drink is permitted in the studio, but food/drink may not be placed on any of the equipment under any circumstances. Please help keep the studio tidy and dispose any trash in the bins provided. 

do you provide a basket for mis chanclas?

Sí, pero please do not forget to collect your chanclas upon leaving. Please contact Highlifeflo if you have forgotten your chanclas and provide a detailed description of said chanclas, along with an appropriate return address.
